Vortex Sports & Entertainment, Inc. clients Ryan Robinson and Michael Palmer have made the cut and will play in the NFL this season. Robinson was an undrafted free agent and signed with Oakland as a defensive end for the Raiders. Palmer, who played three seasons with the Atlanta Falcons has signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers as a tight end.
Robinson spent just one season as the full time starting defensive end for Oklahoma State after transferring from Jones Community College. He made an impression as the draft approached with his 4.77 40-yard dash. Just last week, Robinson scored a defensive touchdown in a pre-season game against the New Orleans Saints.
Palmer played with the Atlanta Falcons from 2010-2012. In college he played NCAA football for the Clemson Tigers. He is known as a versatile player, and a solid blocker with the ability to catch passes.
“Hard word brought both of these young men to the NFL. Ability is one thing, but attitude and heart is what makes good players. We are proud of Ryan and Michael. They have what it takes,“ said Terry Williams, President of Vortex Sports and Entertainment.
